The Saturday Sydney class is for all levels. You are welcome if you have never drummed before or if you are experienced. The rhythms all work well with a simple rhythm keeping the beat and more complex rhythms layered into it. All my classes focus on learning how to play in a group and how to communicate through the use of a beautiful and complex rhythmic language.

You can work at your own pace and learn as quickly or as slowly as you feel.

Hi, I live in Umina Central Coast, I am wondering do you know of any Egyptian Drum workshops or classes up this way? I currently play djembe and also have a tabla would love to improve on this. I can’t seem to find contact for Tarek.

    Hi Susan,
Here is a link to Tarek’s web site http://www.hydeandclay.com
You can also find him at Glebe Markets most Saturdays. I have been contemplating coming up your way to do a workshop too. Are you on my mailing list? If you go to http://www.mariantheloucataris.com click the contact button and send me an email I can put you on the list. Thanks Manthy
